Cancellation & Return Policy
Prior to shipment cancellation (applicable just for purchases placed and delivered in India):
You can contact our customer care team by email at customercare@amchoor.com or by phone at Tel: +91 72229-56666 during business hours (Monday through Saturday, 10 AM to 06 PM) if the order or the item(s) you wish to cancel have not yet been sent.
In certain circumstances, we shall cancel the order and reimburse your money within 3–4 business days of our receiving your request for a cancellation.
Procedure for refunding cancelled orders:
Cancellation of pre-shipment: Refunds are processed within 7 business days of the cancellation request. Returns or post-shipment: Refunds are handled at our warehouse when they are verified and received.
Method of payment:
Refunds to the same account via net banking or credit/debit cards arrive in 7 business days. Cash on delivery: Upon product return, a bank transfer is started within 7-14 business days.
Timeline: The money will appear in your account after an extra two to three business days.
Shipping or COD fees are not refundable.
Regarding the use of discount vouchers and cancellations:
If you used discount vouchers during payment and subsequently cancel your order, the vouchers will be considered as used and cannot be reused.
Regarding Returns, Replacements, and Refunds:
For Indian Orders:
Amchoor has an exchange Return policy allowing you to request a return and exchange within 3 days where order is placed of delivery.
Contact our Customer Support team via email (customercare@amchoor.com) within 7 business days of receiving your order.
Provide your order ID and details for return/replace/refund along with an image of the product and the invoice.
Products must be picked up within 2-3 business days and returned in original packaging with seals, labels, and barcodes intact.
Only damaged/defective or incorrect products are eligible for returns in their original, unused, and sealed condition.
If accepted, Amchoor will refund or replace the invoiced rupee value for the damaged/defective/wrong product.
Regarding product exchanges:
When exchanging the original product with another product from a different category, any price difference must be paid at the time of exchange. If the exchange value is less than the original paid amount, the remaining amount will be provided as store credit only. No cash or alternative will be given in such cases.
Note: Replacement is subject to stock availability. If a replacement is unavailable, a full refund will be issued. Please refer to the following question for refund exclusions.
Items that cannot be returned or exchanged include:
Products damaged due to misuse or overuse
Products returned without original packaging, including price tags, labels, original packing, freebies, and other accessories Tampered Order ID number
Defective products not covered under Seller/Manufacturer’s warranty
Used or altered products
Requests initiated after 3 business days of order delivery
Free products provided by the brand

In the event that you receive a damaged, defective item, or an incorrect product in your order, please follow these steps to initiate your return within 3 days of receiving the order and refund will be initiated with 7 business days after receiving the product.

Regarding returning free gifts and partial orders:
Yes, you must return the free gift included with the item order along with the originally delivered product.
You can initiate a return for individual items within your order. However, any returned product must be returned in its entirety, including all components and any complimentary gifts or products included with it.
Refund process for returned orders:
Once we receive and verify the products at our warehouse, refunds are processed.
For payments made via credit/debit cards or net banking, refunds are credited to the same account within 7 working days of receiving the products back. Allow an additional 2-3 business days for the refunded amount to reflect in your account.
For cash on delivery transactions, refunds are initiated via bank transfer to the provided billing details within 7-10 working days of receiving the products back and your bank details via email. Allow an additional 2-3 business days for the refunded amount to reflect in your account.
